The old building of Theatrou Politeia in the heart of Athens has been transformed into a magnificent boutique hotel. A green oasis with fantastic views of the Athens historical center was created on the roof of the Hotel. Extensive type DIADEM-150 with diadrain-25H drainage was selected for the construction of the green roof structure. The special design of the Diadrain-25H allows the maximum amount of water to be retained and gradually released to the plants, while also allowing the root system to properly ventilate, and is best suited for the dry-weather conditions of the Mediterranean climate during the summer months. DIADEM planted roof infrastructure systems are certified by EOTA European Technical Assessment in accordance with ETA approval 17/1015.
