The new Generali office building on Syngrou Avenue (Syngrou Avenue and Lagoumtzi) has received LEED certification. This development involves the creation of a modern, high-spec bioclimatic office complex, in accordance with the sustainable development certification standards of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program, achieving a Gold rating. The architectural design of the building was undertaken by Divercity Architects in collaboration with Bennetts Associates. The green design of the building included green roofs, which cover significant areas of the building. The project was managed by DIMAND, with the construction carried out by Ballian SA. For the green roof infrastructure, products from Prasini Stegi were used, which are certified by EOTA and have been successfully applied in many projects both in Greece and abroad. The construction of the green roofs and planting work was handled by the company AGROPOLIS.
