One of the most impressive buildings in Athens are the new offices of the Agemar Shipping Group. The imposing building in Kallithea is covered in the largest part with green roofs, and has received a Platinum Leed certification.

The architectural study of the building was done by Rena Sakellaridou / Sparch architects, while the implementation was carried out by Intrakat under the supervision of Dimand. The modern systems of DIADEM were selected for the construction of the green roof infrastructure, where according to the design, the extensive type DIADEM-150 was implemented in the areas with low vegetation, semi-intense type DIADEM-350 in the areas with low-medium vegetation and moderate depths  and the intensive type DIADEM-750 was applied in areas with high vegetation and large depths.
