The roof of the General Secreteriat for Civil Protection building has been transformed into a green oasis. The design includes planting areas and areas with decking and stabilized pebble pathways that provide easy access to visitors. The infrastructure for the intensive green roof type was used, minimizing irrigation costs. The specialist design of the drainage board allows maximum retention of water, at the same time ensuring the drainage of surplus water. Low and medium growth plants were used for the planting of the green roof, with individual tall shrubs and small trees at selected points.
