Omonoia Square has transformed again. The aim of the renovation was to restore the circular layout of the square, where a large area is occupied by an impressive fountain surrounded by a circle of turf. For the proper development of the planting, as below ground there is building infrastructure (metro and electric train station), the technology of green roofs was applied. The DIADEM-150 extensive type was used for the construction of the green roof infrastructure.
